The Palace Hotel is excited to welcome its guests back after the government easing the people movement amid the global Covid-19 pandemic.
Now we are entering the recovery movement control order (MCO) starting from June 10 and finishes in August 31, 2020 after the end of the conditional MCO from May 12 to June 9, 2020.
The government began with the first phase of the MCO in March 18, 2020 to flatten the curve of Covid-19 cases in the country.
To ensure guests have a pleasant time during their stay, the hotel has implemented precautionary measures according to the guidelines given by the government.
Upon arrival at their doorstep, the guests will have their temperature checks and hand sanitizer is provided.
Social distancing is strictly practiced in the elevators, front desk and restaurant.
To minimise physical contact, the hotel has created a digital menu and encouraged cashless payments while the staff will be seen wearing face masks and hand gloves at all times.
All recreational activities and facilities still temporarily closed while awaiting guidelines from the government.
To make sure the safety of visitors, the hotel has taken measures to do disinfection twice per day in and outside the hotel property.-HS
