The generous spread showcases authentic fares of weekly specials, traditional Royal Malay cuisines, Asian food delights and exciting desserts under the tutelage of Chef Muhammad Hussain, the chef de cuisine Malay.
He has been with SICC for the past two and a half years and is backed with more than 20 years of experience, will present a buffet spread that boasts a plethora of piquant local and Asian dishes.

Moreover, the various starters ranging from refreshing green salads to the traditional kerabu, rojak buah, gado-gado and assorted Maki roll are a perfect beginning to a sumptuous spread.
