41 local youths complete practical and theoretical training at Rasa Ria
Forty-one trainees from the Sabah Human Resource Development Department (HRDD) have completed the Malaysian Skills Certificate (MSC) programme conducted by Shangri-La Rasa Ria Kota Kinabalu.
