The event, which brought together birdwatchers, photographers, and conservation enthusiasts from across the region, saw BRL Junior Naturalist Ak Mohd Shahrin Nizam earn top honours in multiple categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He won first prize in the Borneo Wildlife Video Contest for his moving video of a mother and baby orangutan, and first runner-up for his rare footage of mating colugos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He also secured second runner-up in the Borneo Bird Video Contest with his stunning Blue-throated Bee-eater video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
