Our kitchen uses only fresh ingredients and spices, while maintaining the traditional way of cooking. This is why our food taste authentic and satisfying\u201d, added Rosmawati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The live cooking stations recreates the <em>pasar malam <\/em>ambience where guests can enjoy popular ramadan favourites including <em>ikan bakar, sotong bakar, satay, apam balik, pisang goreng, roti prata <\/em>and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe want to take our guests on a journey that excite their palate, among others.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe continue to curate a unique <em>makan<\/em> experience \u2013 to savour the varieties of flavours, cooking styles as well as unique ingredients that are used in these delicacies\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Always a crowd\u2019s favourite is the traditional Malaysian cuisines inspired from home recipes to well-known restaurants and even hawker stalls
